Shopper Questions
What items do you sell?
FALL and WINTER girls and boys clothing (sizes infant thru teen), maternity clothing, shoes, toys, baby and child equipment, baby and child furniture, bikes, outside toys, children's books, games, videos, and more.

How can I shop before the public?
By working a volunteer shift and receiving a ticket to our preview sale.  Refer to the volunteer information page for more details.

Is there an entrance or parking fee?
No.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash & personal checks only.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final with no returns.

Is there a dressing room for trying on clothing?
No. We suggest that you measure your child's clothing at home (inseam, length, waist, etc.).  You may then bring a tape measure to the sale to check for the correct size.

Seller Questions
How do I become a seller?
Register to become a seller by visiting the seller information page.  For information on what items are accepted, as well as how to tag and price items, visit the seller information page as well.

What percentage of the sales do I receive?
Those who volunteer to work a 3-hour volunteer shift receive 70%.  All other consignors receive 60% of final sales.  All remaining profits will go to Holy Cross MOPS.

Will you take all of the items I bring to drop-off?
We will be thoroughly inspecting all items as they arrive in our check-in area and we may need to turn away items that are stained, dirty, missing parts, etc.  Please know that it is important that we maintain quality items for our sale and provide the best quality second-hand merchandise in the area.

How do I make tags for my merchandise?

When do I pick up my unsold items & check?
Unsold items & checks are to be picked up by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2008.  Unsold items that are not picked up by this time will be donated to Love, INC—no exceptions.  If you do not pick up your check, it will be mailed to you within one week of the sale.

Where do I find wire hangers?
You can pick them up for free from your local dry cleaner.

Will I receive my hangers and safety pins back after the sale?
No.  Unfortunately, it would be impossible to return hundreds of hangers back to sellers.

Volunteer Questions
Can anyone sign up as a volunteer and attend the volunteer preview sale?
Yes, anyone can sign up to volunteer on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Check out the volunteer information page for more details.  You do not have to be a seller to volunteer.

Do you provide child care for the volunteers?
No, we do not offer child care.

Can I bring my children with me to volunteer?
No.  Because of the amount of work to be done, children will not be allowed at scheduled volunteer shifts.  The only exception is for mom's of nursing infants.
