Volunteer Information

Without our wonderful volunteers, we would not be able to coordinate such an exciting event.
Thank you for taking the time to consider helping us with our sale!

Benefits of Volunteering
Volunteers who work a three-hour shift before, during, or after the sale receive 70% of their sale proceeds (instead of 60%) if they are selling items and are eligible to shop at the pre-sale on Thursday evening from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  You do not have to be a seller to volunteer.

Notes for Volunteers
Those who wish to volunteer will be assigned a three-hour shift.  Shifts will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If you are an expectant mom or have special needs, please let Deb know as most shifts have clerical style duties which require little to no standing.

Please be prompt to your assigned shift and park in the rear of the church.  Arrive 10 minutes early to receive your instructions and pick up your name tag.  If you plan to shop, attend the pre-sale or shop before or after your assigned shift.

For safety reasons, and to protect the merchandise being consigned, children are not allowed during volunteer shifts—an exception will be made for moms of nursing infants.

If you are a seller and do not work your volunteer shift, please be aware that you will only receive 60% of your final sale prices (not the 70%).
